Having a coach is like having your own secret weapon, always there to help you when things get sticky. We’ll cheer your people on towards their goals, challenge them when we need to and offer them guidance every step of the way. Our group coaching packages can be customised, and the length of our individual packages can be flexed as well. To give you a flavour of what we do, here are some standard packages you might find handy.

The Leadership Refresh

The Leadership Refresh

This group coaching programme is a great fit for senior leaders and execs, it’s designed to give them space to explore, reflect and reassess. It’s a great way to relieve stress, overwhelm, and burnout, and to set better boundaries to maintain a sustainable level of peak performance more often. 8 weeks long with exercises in between. We suggest up to 12 leaders in each group to create an intimate and effective space.

The New Manager Bootcamp

New Manager Bootcamp

You’ve found fantastic talent and promoted them to lead the rest of the team. That’s great. Now give them the tools they need to be effective in that role. This group programme is designed for new-ish leaders and managers, typically under 2 years of management experience. It’s designed to help them learn the skills they need to effectively manage a team in a healthy and sustainable way. 12 weeks long with plenty of practice in between sessions. We suggest up to 12 people in each group.

The Rising Stars Planner

The Rising Star

This group coaching programme is designed for the next generation of leaders in your company. The ones with plenty of potential but who aren’t quite ready to manage a team. It’s designed to help the explore their leadership style, understand what comes with managing teams and be prepared for the new responsibilities they’re about to take on. 12 weeks long, with reflection exercises in between. We suggest up to 12 people in each group.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching

The original and irreplaceable coaching style. The most tailored option available for you to help your team grow and thrive. These are 100% confidential 1:1 sessions, where we match your talent with the right coach for their needs right now. We suggest a minimum of 6 sessions to see results, and some of our engagements have ended up being 6+ months long. We offer an initial 30min consult to understand what your talent is looking to achieve and where their blockers are, that way we match them with the right person, for the right amount of time.
