I’m Amale, I’m the founder of The Brick Coach, and I’m so excited you’re here!

I spent the last 15+ years in strategy, innovation and digital transformation.

I’ve seen my fair share of failed change projects, of badly managed organisational restructures, and of unhealthy team cultures. I burned out three times before deciding to leave that behind, and focus on solving some of those systemic issues instead.

The Brick Coach exists to help people-centred leaders like you put their teams first, and help them work better together.

Our relationship with work has changed so much since the pandemic, and your team’s expectation of what work is has changed.

Your people want to feel connected to each other, and to the work they do. About 70% of employees say they derive their own sense of purpose and meaning from the work they do.

And when that sense of purpose is gone, so are they.

She’s passionate about building high performing teams where everyone is empowered to play, learn, collaborate and grow. She’s ICF accredited, and an expert LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and trainer.

    Libby has developed her communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills over 15 years in public service. She’s an expert L&D professional and Lego® Serious Play® facilitator. She enjoys helping people in conflict find common ground, identifying the strengths in difference, and promoting inclusive behaviours in teams.

    Tim is an executive coach with a no-nonsense attitude who loves helping executives and founders built companies and teams faster and in a sustainable way.. He has twenty years of experience as a founder, board member and CEO of tech companies, including successful exits.

    Liz is a huge advocate for inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive, especially neurodiverse folks. She has a post grad degree in business psychology, she’s an accredited coach, and has delivered training programmes for household brands in the UK and internationally.

    Zoe is a Neurodiversity Coach, specialising in ADHD, ASD (Autism) and AuDHD (Combined ADHD and ASD). In 1:1 work, her focus is on helping clients learn how to work and thrive with their ADHD brains. She’s passionate about helping companies create inclusive spaces where her clients can thrive and grow. She’s a speaker, and dedicates a large amount of her time to championing inclusivity.

    Leo is a coach, motivational speaker and trainer. He is passionate about helping others thrive, no matter their life experiences, abilities or backgrounds. He’s especially experienced in working with the LGBTQI+ community as well as those with physical and learning disabilities. He’s a passionate and tireless advocate for diversity in the workplace, and regularly speaks on the topic.

    Stephanie has over 12 years of experience in commercial roles within the agency world. As a coach, she focusses on helping new parents, especially mums, thrive when they go back to work and build back their confidence and sense of self.
