Our consulting engagement are a co-creative affair, where we bring the right teams on the journey from the start to align on where they are, where they’re headed, and what obstacles we need to clear along the way to help them get there. Our typical process looks like this:
1. Discovery: an initial phase to bring the right people into the right rooms with the goal of understanding what’s working and what’s not currently, and what needs to change. The outcome is a clear alignment on the end goal and a list of initiatives to get there.
2. Design: Working through individual initiatives to start seeing change in the way the team operates as soon as possible. With continuous support and training for team leaders to embed new processes and ways of working within their teams with confidence.
