The Strategic Leadership Reset
1 - 2 days as standard. In person.
For your company to be successful, your leadership team has to operate as one cohesive, trusting, and aligned unit. And they need to model the behaviours you want to see across your entire company.
This session is a great first step either as a regular leadership offsite, or as the start of a wider transformational piece if you’re about to embark on a restructure, a large change programme or a new strategic direction.
We would cover:
Your individual journeys and superpowers, to build rapport and trust
Your teams’ current performance, morale and needs
Your ideal state future vision, and getting alignment & buy-in from everyone on it
The changes in process, mindsets, behaviours and habits needed to support that vision
Commitments for key initiatives to implement immediately after the session
Regular check ins to keep you accountable
The Big Engagement Booster
1 - 2 days as standard. In person or Hybrid
Your leadership team is on the same page, and you’ve got a clear strategy. Now what?
Operationalising big strategic ambitions is hard. And without clarity and explicit buy-in from the whole team or the whole organisation, any change project is about 50-70% likely to fail.
This session is like an OKR planning session, or an organisational design and systems thinking sprint on steroids.
We would cover:
Everyone’s stories, strengths, motivations and aspirations
How everyone feels the company is currently doing, the good, the bad and the ugly
What the next 12-18 months look like, with key milestones and objectives
Prioritised initiatives that teams can own and put in place to help hit those milestones
The behaviours, rituals, processes and mindsets to put in place to work better together
Any systemic changes needed across the organisation to support this new direction
The Bitesized Taster
90min to 3 hours. In person, Hybrid or Fully Remote
So you don’t have a full day to spend, but would still like to get the team together for a big boost of engagement.
These sessions are a great way to perk up a bout of low morale or to boost a slight drop in engagement levels. Or to tackle a specific topic that’s on your mind.

I’m the founder of The Brick Coach.
I’ve spent the last 15 years helping clients navigate, and enjoy, change. Most of that time has been in strategy and innovation roles, at manager, leader and exec level. I am an internationally accredited executive coach and a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
I started The Brick Coach after seeing many other founders, leaders and teams struggle with making change stick. I’ve seen my fair share of failed organisational transformations, of overwhelm, burnout and incredibly long hours in creative agencies, and I’m now privileged to work with clients who want to do things differently.
